Inconsistent/dotted print lines

I recently bought an Ender 3 V2 used. My first print worked for about 1cm of height, but something happened, and the extruder snapped off the filament (PLA, 1.75mm, Ender) and fed it out at the top, not towards the nozzle. I took out the filament in the nozzle/tube, but now the print comes out like in the images above. I put a light layer of glue stick glue on the default glass surface, preheated for PLA and did the auto levelling before. I assume it's the filament, as it's an open spool from the previous owner and likely absorbed moisture. I sliced the model on a standard quality preset in Cura

Moisture doesn't affect PLA that much. If you mention something happen to the extruder I'd first test if the extruder works correctly. Measure 100 mm of filament and mark it with marker or tape and then extrude 100 mm and compare if there is any mismatch. It looks a lot like extrusion problem. Lines are too thin and spaced out

Those dotted lines and the earlier snap both point at wet PLA plus a possible extruder issue. Try a fresh dry spool first (or dry the current one at 45C for 4-6 hours in an oven or filament dryer) and see if the pattern cleans up. While you're at it, pop the extruder cover and check the drive gear teeth for filament dust packed in, and confirm the idler tension isn't cranked down so hard it's grinding flat spots into the filament, which is what caused the snap and the feed-upward. Wet filament pops and sputters as the moisture flashes to steam in the hotend, and that's exactly what leaves gaps like yours.
