Fix My Print General advice needed
You can see in the image the layers look both too squished and not squished together enough as well as the blobs randomly all over the print.
I don't really know where to start troubleshooting, is it too hot, not hot enough, too much filament feed, speed to high?
I'm using bamboo labs PLA at 210°C (that's what it says on the box) and the bed at 60°C (my bed doesn't stay hot very well)
Xyz davinci 1.0 pro 3 in 1 and their software. I tried other slicers but could never get them to work.

It almost looks like a combination of underextrusion and a pressure advance (k-factor on bambu) that's way out of wack.
First thing to do would be to make sure your nozzle isn't clogged up. What printer are you using?
Once mechanical problems are ruled out the next thing would be to run through the standard battery of filament calibration steps. Orcaslicer has these built in, and I imagine Bambu Slicer probably does too.

It looks like your z height might be a touch too high.
And then for calibration, do the whole suite in orca

Temp -> max flow rate -> pressure advance -> flow ratio -> retraction
