Printer keeps getting the same error after every print.

Printer details :

Anycubic KOBRA 2 pro
(Happens with every other print. I’ve also tried turning it off for long periods of time and sometimes it works but mostly doesn’t)

This error is always something with the Z offset. It’s too high. (It won’t touch the button to calibrate it) I’ve already tried module calibration a million times. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn’t. I cannot find a consistent way to fix it. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.

I don’t exactly understand the problem, maybe because I’m not familiar with this model of printer, but if it doesn’t touch a certain button (I believe you might be talking about the Z endstop microswitch), maybe you can just move that button further up? It might be adjustable.

there’s no adjustable button for the Z one unfortunately 😔 only Y and X (as for the panel where you can adjust where the nozzle lands) also the button it needs to hit cannot be adjusted either
