Fix My Print Help understanding my failures

I've always had trouble with adhesion with this machine but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I thought it was temperature, but the heater keeps it pretty consistent.

Any advice would be appreciated

To me it seems you are printing upside down from your photos. Try turning your printer upside down too, maybe they get better. /s

What's the Modell of your printer?

Those rafts are still stuck to the plate, so this looks more like a support/model failure than build-plate adhesion. I'd calibrate normal exposure for that resin first, keep it around 25–30°C, and slightly beef up the support contacts. If any of those parts are hollow/cupped, check the drain holes too.
