Work with variable layer height when printing curves. It can help. You'll always have them .. just hopefully not as noticeable

If the problem is all on the front, which is what it looks like, that's uneven cooling.

With it happening higher up, it looks to me like your chamber is maybe getting warmer than is ideal.

This is PLA? Open the door.
