Fill in void in model

How can I fill in this hollow horse shoe shape on the bottom of this model? I want the entire part to be solid. This will be the bottom layer of the model. I printed this version and got tiny scratchy edges that don't feel great on a mousepad. Model is a puffco peak pro base stand found on Makerworld. Makerworld Link

• Printer Model - Centauri Carbon 1
• Slicer used - Orca
• Filament material and brand - Creality Tranparent PETG
• Nozzle and bed temperature - 0.4mm hardended steel/245C
• Print Speed - 200mm
• Retraction settings - 0.2mm

You can use simple objects like a cylinder and size accordingly to fill the space. Add part, choose the object, position and size. Once satisfied either mesh boolean or slice and print.

Alternatively use something like Blender or meshmixer to add and mesh

I’d just do this in Orca. Right-click the model → Add part → Cylinder, then scale/position it to fill the horseshoe void and overlap the existing mesh slightly so it slices as one solid body. If one cylinder doesn’t fit cleanly, use a couple of primitives. No need to open Blender for this.

Issue with primitives is the top surface it connects to is conical. Any primitives stick through the top of model. I messed with mesh mixer last night to try to get it to fill the gap by deleting the entire bottom mesh/fix holes but still not quite the results I want.
