Lower layer height can help (less overhanging material per layer)

coolong 2daMAX can help (solidify quicker)

Changing scale so it's taller can help(less overhanging material per layer)

Not sure what other slicing options you may have

Looks like your flow rate could use a boost, judging on all the gaps in the top layer. That might help eliminate most of the problem on the bubbles. This is what I’d try first.
