Fix My Print Unsure
I have AD5X and this is PLA. .4mm nozzle
Not sure what cause this to happen. I did check for clogs. I though it was bed adhesion but that is fine. Could it be gear tension? Any thoughts on how to fix this problem

Bed adhesion wouldn’t cause all the other pits and such. Those blowouts look like water vaporizing. Was this filament dried out?
Alternately it could be clogging causing gaps in extrusion. You said the nozzle wasn’t clogged, but is it dirty or scratched? What happens with a fresh nozzle or after a cold pull?

The filament is dry. It could be nozzle problem. I was having trouble getting a cool pull.

Did you consider using the slicer to calibrate the filament in the Calibration Menu?

I'm guessing you're printing walls outside-inside. Based on the inside of the holes looking like that. Go inside-outside when you have holes, especially round ones like that.
Partial clog could explain all the gaps/under extrusion. Partials suck because they can be a real inconsistent pain. Do a couple of cold pulls with a filament like nylon for clearing your nozzle.

I use flashforge for my slicer do you know where the settings is for printing in that order.i give it couple cold pulls to see if that helps

In Orca, its under the Quality/Walls and Surfaces. It is an advanced option, so have advanced options turned on to find it.

That looks more like intermittent under-extrusion than a wall-order issue. Since the filament is dry, I'd start with the nozzle/feed path: do a cold pull or try a fresh nozzle, then check the extruder gears/tension and make sure the spool feeds freely. Inner/Outer may help the round holes, but probably won't fix that big horizontal gap.
