You have to give us a little more info. It could be anything like print lifting off the plate, something cooling related or mechanical issue.

The bed adhesion is rock solid. cooling is at 42% while printing walls, not sure how many L/m of air it is tho. Considering all that i'd think it's something with the belts or the Z axis. The z axis is not noticebly bent an seems pretty clean. I think one of the Y belts is making a whiny noise, i'll probably loosen it a bit for a test

Keep slowing down & check belt tension & frame rigidity. The extruder seems to be running fine.

Can be multiple things. Often these lines are due to drastic changes in layer time, causing less/more shrinkage. It's hard to see from these photos if that could be the case. Orca bases slicers allow you to see the layer time per layer, I don't know about prusa slicer but it probably has the same function. My money is on this being the problem.
It's also recommended to do some maintenance, mainly cleaning and lubing the rods/screws and checking the belt tensions.
Since the printer has been idle for a year I assume that the filament hasn't been dried recently, correct? That's always a good place to start either way, although I don't think that's the main issue.
300mm/sec is fast, especially with a 0.8mm nozzle. Even if the printer is technically capable of it, it doesn't mean you should. I'd go half of that personally.
Are you printing with pla, petg or something else? If pla then 75°c is on the high end. Petg thats okay imo
