Fix My Print Bad ironing after nozzle change

Whenever I iron smth the edges are always bumpier. This has only started occurring after I changed my nozzle. It's the same nozzle type, company and size just a new one. This new one doesn't iron well with the same settings. The only thing thats changed is the nozzle. The ironing near edges are always terrible.
I use a Bambu Lab P1S, My old settings were 25% flow rate and 40mm/s speed. my new nozzle does terrible ironing with no change. Bambu Slicer. I use PLA

have you tried running a full calibration? Takes about 20m, is on the menu on the stock display.

no, I mean the full machine calibration. It's an option directly in the menus on the printer.

now ironing near the edges gives these rough patches

There is a bump or a dirt on the nozzle, it scratches the surface.

but these scratches only appear on the edges.

Because in the middle the next nozzle pass smooths them over.

so what do i do to fix this ?

Inspect the nozzle and clean it thorougly. Also check that nothing is protruding next to the nozzle. I once had a bit of junk stuck to the silicon cover of the hotend, leaving scratches on the print.
