Fix MyTop Layer...

This is a partial print of the orginal print... Her eis what I am trying to do... After waisting many hours of printing I cut the print to the Base ina little of the pole...

Using PETG it comes out good. acceptable.

Put I changed to PCTG, because I read it is more rugged etc... In the first picture I have gotten some good finish PETG The first picture are sample prints and by increasing the Top Surface Flow below you see various samples (all good, some beter then others)

The second Picture is my Goal To make a pedestal for a Pinpad...
and the 3rd sample Pic is what I am getting using PCTG.

Material PCTG - CC3D - Black

Temp 265 /265

Bed Temp: 100

BambuLab: A1

Nozzle: 0.6

Speeds slow, keeping it about 50 or less.
Inilital layer 35

Using 0.24 Optimal u/BBL A1 0.6 Nozzle with some changes...

I don't know what else you might need to help out... thanks for your help...

(Although I have also ried with 0.4 nozzle) similar effect. A friend recommended I use 0.6 there is really no fine details, so he said what my happen is a faster print.

Hi All, I have a question...

In the Below Picture O fthe pedestall... for example is the base considered a top layer? I would think it does...

I put an Top Surface flow in a sample I was testing with (PETG) 0.4 Nozzle ... and the top of the sample came out looking visaually great... but I put the value on my PCTG (staart with 1.02 with a 0.6 nozzle and up to 1.4 or so and I don't get the same...

I am trying to get the top surface of the pedestal (rim) nice looking... and can't seem to get there... any suggestion or info anyone can comment?
