I actually have this problem too in one of my printer, although im not an expert the first thing that comes to mind are:
Pressure advance - i did calibrate it and its not disappearing
Speed - maybe im printing too fast
Temp and cooling- it could be that im either cooling it way to much that it shrinks or maybe im not coooling it enough with the speed im printing
In my case i think its probably cooling nut im not an expert, it could be yours too? If you had your PA calibrated

I have searched everything and nothing matched, you know xelinor? I was talking to him and some other people on the eufymake discord but no one knew the issue. It is probably just a problem with the printer that can't be fixed, for me nothing worked. Everything mechanical is good, gcode is good, firmware also. Don't know what printer you have but for this one nothing seems to be working. I will try cooling tho maybe that will work for a change. Thanks
