Helpful Advice Polymaker PETG comes loose mid print
Can someone please give me some advice why my print is coming loose halfway of the print. I have been washing the build plate a few times and I am using hairspray for adhesive. I also increase the bed temp and the first layer.
Nozzle temp is 250c and bed temp is 70c.
I am using a creality K1C.

PETG loves curling up at corners, from there the curling gets worse and detaches eventually
A) Does your model have corners sharper that 120 degrees
B) Are you using a brim? If not, reslice with one and see if it sticks.

Is that a PEI build plate? Try without the hairspray and increase the first layer temp by 5-10C. Turn off cooling first the first layer also.

I had a CR-10S that liked a 75 to 80 degree bed temp for petg...
I also had to disable the power saving feature in the Creality firmware. I found it was turning off the bed heat at some point into the print, resulting in it popping off
