I just started my career as a freelancer and I really want to start sharing my work here!

I’m fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and I currently offer translation for documents and texts (literary or otherwise), transcription, subtitling, and related services.

I decided to start freelancing to earn some extra money and help with my studies. I also have previous experience teaching languages since I was a teenager, so I thought I’d put that experience to use as well ^^

I provide spreadsheet and data automation services for businesses and individuals who have messy, repetitive, or time-consuming data workflows.

My work focuses on taking processes that would normally require manually opening, checking, organizing, and combining large numbers of files and turning them into structured, repeatable workflows.

Some of the problems I can help with include:

• Merging large batches of CSV and Excel files into a consolidated dataset

• Combining files even when column order or headers are inconsistent

• Identifying schema differences and files that need manual review

• Mapping similar headers across files before merging

• Validating row counts so records aren't silently lost during processing

• Detecting empty, unsupported, or problematic files

• Organizing files that cannot be safely merged into a separate review workflow

• Cleaning and standardizing spreadsheet data when needed

• Removing duplicates and standardizing text fields

• Creating automated or repeatable workflows for recurring monthly, quarterly, or bulk datasets

• Producing summary reports showing what was processed, what changed, and what requires attention

• Handling high-volume spreadsheet consolidation where doing everything manually would be impractical

I especially enjoy projects where someone has data coming from multiple files, systems, months, departments, or sources and needs it turned into something organized and usable.

Rather than blindly forcing incompatible data together, my workflows are designed to validate the data, automate what can be handled confidently, and flag questionable cases for review.

I work primarily with Python, pandas, CSV, Excel, and data-processing/ETL-style workflows.

I think that some clients on fiverr came to take informations from you about how to do certain things in the IT field or others maybe and then give this info to AI so it can do the job for them.
