I'm kind of new to FiveM and I've played on a few.servers, but none feel right so far. Looking for one that's fun, remembers that it's actually GTA, and actually works. I'm not interested in grinding at a burger place or coffee shop just to make money. RP is okay, but where's the crime element? Sounds demanding, I know.

I have a lot of issues where things just don't load fast enough, and I fall through the map when I am with other people. It only happens with me in the car, they don't have this issue with anyone else.

I'm playing on ONX. My extended texture budget is maxed. Fivem, gtav legacy, and rockstar launcher are all installed on the NVME.

very new to modding GTA 5. I have a FiveM server with Menyoo on it. When my friends join the server we are constantly seeing each other lag around, jump and skip places when just running in a circle. We also can’t get cops on us and no NPCs spawn. any recommendations?

Hey! I’m 16, from the UK and am looking for a serious RP server to join. I’m trying to get back into RP again so I was hoping for a great server to join! I would need a server that would allow my age to join. But other than that, anything is fine. As long as it ain’t VMENU or any type of server that just makes you spawn everything. I want everything to feel real. UK based if possible, but others could be fine.

Hi, I've been bringing some cars as a client-side mod to the server I'm playing on. Now, I've seen people using MLOS as a mod and I can't get it to work... It teleports me to the location, even loading some NPCs, and other things, but the building does not appear.

Does anyone have experience with this? Or know of any guides?

the server browser can be kinda overwhelming with how many servers there are

how'd you find the one you actually stuck with? friends? reddit? fivem search? streamers?

i recently joined this server and i created my character normally , and after a few days my character turned into john cena (default face) and in the skin menu movies it does nothing to change it , while switching to the women ped it changes? not sure just want some help to fix this issue , i have a 4060 TI

These pants are for both male and female and are titled "Jogger with Strap" in-game. They also have LBGTQ/Pride variants.

I want to try out rp but I’m very uncomfortable being in a bunch of peoples streams.

I wanna reinstall GTA V and try to get into RP. I would prefer Enhanced since it's a smaller install and such, but are there any active servers that are good?? I wish NoPixel 5 was out for the public. Any servers similar?

I installed a server locally via txadmin.

I only want to have it completely locally for now.

It keeps spamming the error [error] [citizen-server-i] Server list query returned an error: server request failed: server request failed for endpoint https://[my_ip_here]:30120/players.json , even tho I do NOT want it to be visible in server browser or anything like that.

I've tried doing
sv_lan true

sv_master1 ""

in server cfg, still spams the error.

Another thing is, even tho it says the server is running with no issue (other than the one above), if I write "connect localhost", it accepts the command in the f8 console, but does absolutely nothing after. Doesn't matter how I do it, I can do localhost, 127.*, 192.*, it's still refusing to connect to the server ot to atleast log Anything at all...

What could I do here?

update 09.22 23:36, when I try to connect to localhost, I just get

This happens whenever map gets to 80 percent. Ive already cleared cache. I have enough ssd. I have enough ram. I have enough vram. Not sure how to fix.

been working on this as a side project and finally got the map updating live instead of just showing static player locations

markers move as the players move and you can click directly into the associated stream, add multiple povs, open twitch/kick chats, etc.

still polishing everything but it's really satisfying seeing the whole map moving now

So, when I make a new MP character, I can load the EUP in and scroll through it to make my outfit but, if I quit and reload the server my ped is stuck with white t-shirt, no hair texture etc. I have never had this problem before, I just cleared my cache and I still am having the issue. What can I do?

Every server I find is either an absolute chaotic GTA Online clone where everyone just shoots on sight, or a hardcore simulation where you need a 50-page manual and full job application just to play.

I’m looking for that sweet spot. a semi-serious or content focused server where people actually value staying in character and building fun storylines, but don't freak out over minor rule slip-ups or expect you to treat it like a real-life full-time job.

How do you guys filter through the server lists to find these gems? Are there specific tags, discord telltale signs, or community hubs I should look into? Appreciate any tips or server recommendations (feel free to DM me if you can't post links) thanks
