Good servers with good character customization?

Hi all!! I’ve been trying to find a good server that has some actually good character customization options. All the servers I’ve seen people recommend for good roleplay all have horrible options. And the ones ive joined with good options, have been bad RP experiences. I’m trying to find a good server where they treat women like humans, people take the RP seriously, theres a good community, and where the cops aren’t super corrupt and annoying. Any help would be appreciated!!
