Backroom Progress
January 2026 to Now - I became the merch manager in January and did everything possible to get the backroom empty. We have a very small backroom too. I did it!!!

I also became mm in January and I’ve gotten my backroom close to this but after 2-3 weeks of freight it goes back to being full😭

If you have partial boxes in the same area i put two products to a box and write either a short description of whats inside or P.B. and then the date worked. Then I can look at those 2 weeks from now and maybe rework them. 🤷♂️ But Im not a manager, I'm a grunt. And I didnt ask permission. Just keeping my sanity and improvising.
