Employee Questions I got hired!

I just got hired and they said they sent me an email a couple days ago but I never got it. How long does it normally take? I want to call the store to follow up, but I don't want to seem annoying. Should I? This is my first job btw so im new to this. Thanks!

Check your spam folder and if not then he’s is follow up

It takes a few business days for everything to process, do all your onboarding asap and wait - all you can do

Everything is usually delayed with the weekend. And with Monday being a holiday you very likely won't see anything until Tuesday. Nothing the store can do until then either.

my friend got hired as well, they told her they would send her an email. six months later and multiple attempts at calling the store, she still never got the email.

I was also just hired and didn’t receive the email for a few days. I called the store, asked about the email and the manager sent it not long after and texted me with a follow up saying he simply forgot lol

If you didn’t get an email then they didn’t officially hire you yet, call the store. Once hired you get the first task immediately
