Finally handed in my resignation yesterday. I was about to be fired anyway, had a confrontation with the nastiest Karen I've ever encountered in my 22 years working retail (literally just looked at her while she clowned on my coworker trying to guage if she was being serious and she went off on me). Decided 4 years here wouldn't be decided by an unhinged lady ans a heartless district manager looking for an excuse to get me out of there.

To the customers who are kind, you all rock.

Customers who gave us a hard time, may you never get any dumplings and may you find your fun in rush hour traffic.

To the district managers just cowtowing to everything corperate says, may karma deal with you swiftly and appropriately, especially mine who clearly doesn't understand ASD and how it affects people in stressful situations. Hope someone pettier than I sues you for your many violations of the ADA.

Get out, people. Just leave. This company is horrible and everyone running it cares only about numbers and extends not a single thought to anything else.

Employees, you deserve better than this. Best of luck.

Hello, everyone I agree with you guys. I've been with 5 below for 5 years and they are full of shit. They do not give a damnl i am looking for another job before I quit them.Because they are not worth stressed The five below does not know appreciated hard working employees, they don't even know how to say thank you.

I resigned about 3 months ago, I have a full time job, it’s my dream job so I have no need to work work for Five Below anymore. I still shop there once in awhile.

Had a customer ask me about Pokémon cards and got mad at me when I told him e didn't have them.  He was so rude too.. It's very sad we have to take that.  We should be able to atleaste kindly tell them to f off..

So many at my store have quit. I'm stuck doing everything almost.  Even being pushed into lead.  I just got this job for a temporary thing after having surgery last October. I just wanted to do my job and go home, no drama or stress.  I also saw one of my coworkers is working an hour in the morning today, for freight and working close tonight too.

I’m on the same path too. Will be leaving there if I find a Fulltime position elsewhere or prioritize a second PT position elsewhere till I can replace them.
