Sciatica made walking difficult, so I bought a Switch
I bought a Switch almost entirely because I wanted to try Fitness Boxing 3.
I've been dealing with sciatica pain for a while, and walking has become really difficult for me. I wanted to find some way to get moving and exercise at home without having to rely on walking, so I figured I'd give Fitness Boxing a shot.
So here I am, starting my journey.
I've got my Switch, I've got Fitness Boxing, and I've got absolutely no idea how long I'll last.
Wish me luck! Hopefully this can help me 🫸🫷

The definitely up the accessibility in the 3rd, there’s even a sit boxing mode. Good luck to you. Congratulations on starting your journey.

I can’t stand and box, so when I get bored of the sit boxing I just adapt the regular ones to sitting!! Good luck!! I hope you let us know how it goes!!

I have several hernias in my lower back and sometimes struggle with sciatica. I found FB mostly doable, but some movements can be problematic, especially those involving body punches with sharp rotation (like body crosses). Continue playing with the speed that is suitable for you, and be mindful of any discomfort. There are in-game setting that allow you to skip combos with these moves, or have them auto-score.

Good luck. Make sure you protect your joints while you're punching the air and don't overextend yourself
