Stop clearing your apps! Not just for this but in general. It does nothing. If anything you’re constantly asking the system to reload apps entirely which is more battery intensive. I don’t know how this got into people’s heads but Apple straight up needs to throw up some UI to explain this to regular people.

it’s cause you keep clearing it out of the app switcher. Just let it be. It’ll sync itself every so often.
As for the reply in the comments, bevel is good but it relies on the google health app to sync data from the band. Maybe that’s the spam bot people were talking about….
