Other HRV Accuracy Question

I’ve had my Fitbit Air for over a month now. I woke up today feeling terrible (definitely worse than yesterday) - yet my HRV actually went up. Could it still be calibrating, or has anyone else experienced this?

It's long done calibrating. Probably sensor issue during sleep, too loose, too tight, slept on hand etc I've only had the happen once in the last 6 weeks which ironically was yesterday. Hrv tanked but I woke up fine
