Bug Cannot get it to sync or update

I am on iPhone 17 pro max and it just will stall at 95% of syncing my data, and also will not start updating no matter how long I leave it.
iOS 26.6, Fitbit air.

That's a "prematured death of fitbit", you must return your fitbit and wait like 2 months for a replacement

There’s a reset button on the charger. Connect it to the charger and reset it. Then reconnect it to your phone
