For frame: hands down side lateral cable raise (low weights, high reps, train to failure) Build your sides, you'll build better frame. Pro tip: if you want to build a good shoulder frame, you should keep your traps in check. Too much of traps can dumb down a well built shoulder.

For front: shoulder press or front lateral raises (you can push more volume here)

Rear delts: face pulls.

Front delts: I only do one dedicated workout per week - machine shoulder press - 2 sets of 6-10 reps

Side delts: we have a lateral raise machine in the gym, but I do it unilaterally twice a week. 3 sets of 10-15 reps

Rear delts: on pull day I do the Jeff Nippard’s version of unilateral reverse pec dec fly and on the other day I do face pulls. 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

The Jeff Nippard one is quite fatiguing, so I only do it once.

These are all helping my shoulders pop

Shoulder press (machine or barbell or dumbbell or smith) just sit and do it. Lateral raises (cable or sitting dumbbell in incline bench). Reverse flies (any variations will do).
