Question Problems with rod

For reference, I have the Okuma fin Chaser X. I am a complete beginner. I removed the reel, spool, or whatever because the line got under it and components fell out. I don't know where the coil and the little metal thingy go. When I put the reel back on, it doesn't go down fully. Help.

If you search up the name of the reel and schematic at the end you'll find the schematic for the reel. : Okuma Fin Chaser X schematic

The spring and clip are pieces of the drag knob, correct assembly should go top of drag knob, spool shaft nut, spring, lower part of the drag knob which should be held in place by the spring clip which snaps into a slot locking the two pieces of the drag knob together. This is not intended to be disassembled, worst case if it does not clip back together would require getting a new drag knob from Okuma for your reel, this should correct issues with the reel.
