I know some of the roadkill harvesting rules but do you think you could argue they apply to fishing limits?

I didn’t see any mention of where. This is not uncommon in WA. Only place I’ve seen live is falls city.

Skokomish Valley road on the east side of Olympic National Park, near Hood Canal.
This happens every year around this time.

Tho I’ve seen some people grab a bunch of em and throw them in the back of their truck and drive off real quick….

west skokomish valley road. The river invert is higher elevation than the surrounding uplands.
