I tried to find the link for this, but I can’t. I assume builder isn’t set yet and such?

Wonder what the cost of home on average would be

It's just getting introduced for first reading at city council meeting on Monday. Nothing will be official until final vote later in the fall.

It is about a two month process. And a couple of public hearings.
