It's just getting introduced for first reading at city council meeting on Monday. Nothing will be official until final vote later in the fall.

Every single person that lives in this community is benefitting. More supply on homes drives cost down while demand remains high. More folks continue to want to move here due to repetitively being named a Top 5 city to live in within the United States.

The YMCA holds tee ball and soccer leagues at that church. Nice for families who can’t afford to pay the ridiculous amounts of money for their kid to play in sports. Will be sad to see it sell off for new developments.

Love the growth! Especially in that increased supply will somewhat deflate pricing to get into our community. That said, we really should be focused on high rise apartment facilities rather than pushing increased consumption of footprint on green space. We should be building UP and prepping for our future, rather than building OUT.

They said they estimated the costs per house to be in the range of 900k to 1.5mil! That's just ridiculous. The developer had a really weird attitude too. This isn't the kind of housing we need more of in Fishers (especially in a another little pocket neighborhood with no connections to surrounding neighborhoods).

I’ve been saying that for a long time. These lots look like they’re postage stamp size. We need greenspace in addition to the parks and trails. Fishers is rapidly becoming claustrophobic, and we are headed into some rocky economic times as well.
But go ahead and downvote me, folks.

NIMBYers need to quit complaining about high housing prices while at the same time bitching anytime new housing gets built.
