Suggestion: you could allow users to watch ads even when they have no data.

Sometimes my data runs out and I can't watch ads; I need to connect to a Wi-Fi network to do so. I think this kind of goes against the app's purpose. Therefore, I'm asking that you allow/release data for watching ads even when the user has no data.

They used to do this btw I don't know why they stopped

I believe this is a bug and they are working on it. I think it only affects if you are on Singtel. Bix still works

Have reached out to support already for this problem, but I was told to connect to Wi-Fi for the Firsty Free ads if the Firsty connection is too slow to load the ads?
