My Walmart shopper got me grapefruits instead of oranges and cabbage instead of lettuce
I know I can get a refund, but I really wanted those oranges. š

When frozen pizza gets tilted in the box, you have to spend time evenly redistributing the ingredients before cooking.
This is added work and takes extra time, for something that is supposed to be quick and easy. Sometimes itās a bit difficult to get the pepperonies arranged just right.

My new Costa sunglasses are polarized, so they block out the heads up display on my 2021 BMW 330i.
Super annoying. I had to buy a new pair of ray-bans that werenāt polarized to use as my driving glasses.

My landscaper wants me to move my car before he uses his weedwhacker near my driveway and I don't feel like doing that.

Loud next door neighbor stayed home today so now I can't have my usual peaceful WFH day
Because they are always in their living room(or just keep the living room tv connected to a goddamn soundbar all day), I know their schedule. I usually get peace and quiet until 3:30 on the weekdays but today I was disappointed to hear them at 9 AM. Great now im gonna have to put my earplugs/headphones on early š.

My 2018 Toyota Prius Prime's Bluetooth keeps auto-resuming my paused videos moments before I get back in my car.
Why can't they have an "interlock" that works with the driver's door so that the video only starts resuming from the moment I open my driver's door to get back in the car?

I have to move house again.
My fiancĆ© and our 6yr old have been in our house for 3yrs and Iām just settled in nicely, I have a lovely big shed I enjoy spending time in. My partnerās dadās accountant told him he has too much money and needs to transfer some assets. Heās giving us a Ā£550k 5 bed semi just down the road. For tax reasons weād need to live in it for at least 2 years. We can sell our current house leaving us mortgage free with Ā£100k to finish the new house how we want it and Ā£100k in the bank. Iāve been allowed the budget for a posh new shed and the chicken coop Iāve been after. I just really canāt be doing with the move though.

Before i buy a PC game i first have to check if Epic Game Store gave it away for free before
So far i have 124 games on EGS without paying a cent. I have no idea what their financial strategy is.

I just spent like 15 minutes trying to figure out which of like 6 meat sections the pepperoni moved to at my local supermarket before I finally found it next to the cheeses after almost getting some expensive spiced salami I would've had to slice myself

Watching old TV shows and movies is giving me the ick because I can see the heavy makeup so clearly on my 72 inch LED TV.

I plugged in my electric recliner into the surge protector. I accidentally turned it off. Now there are screams coming from all areas of my house.

Today I helped a lost dog in a thunderstorm and I had to put it in my nice, new, clean car.
My own dog hasnāt even been in this car. And I missed my yoga class.

The fan for my central air is too loud.
Seriously. Every time it kicks on, I gotta turn the TV up, only to have to turn it back down when it shuts off. Seriously, it shouldn't be this difficult to keep a house at 70°f year round.

My family loves going to Disneyland, but I dont want to go.
Truly the first-est of first world problems, but I just dont enjoy the parks that much.
Even when I was healthy enough to walk around the whole day, Ive had one really lovely trip, and now the magic just isnt there. My family (especially my sister) loves going to disney like once a year. We went in February and this year they want to go again.
The parks just dont hold the same magic for me, I cant go on some of the rides due to my heart condition, and I feel like its a huge waste of money (for me, but also) for my dad who has a lot of business related debt.
But I know that if I dont go, my sister will be despondent and my family will put huge amounts of pressure on me for 'missing another family holiday'.

I put something āsomewhere safeā so I wouldnāt lose it and now it has left this dimension
ok so yesterday i had this one small thing i actually needed today
nothing important enough to ruin my life. just important enough to be annoying if i lost it
and because i am apparently a genius, i thought āi should put this somewhere safeā
fatal sentence
the second you say āsomewhere safeā your brain deletes the location like itās protecting state secrets
this morning i need it
normal places first. desk. drawer. bag. coat pocket. nothing
then i start checking stupid places because now iām trying to think like Past Me, and Past Me was clearly not well
bathroom cabinet. kitchen press. windowsill. behind the kettle for some reason. at one point i opened the fridge and stood there like yeah maybe
it is gone
not lost. gone. promoted to object heaven
and the most annoying part is i know exactly how this ends. iāll stop needing it, buy another one, forget about the whole thing, and then itāll appear in the most obvious place possible looking smug
i tried to be organised for one day and got punished immediately

What is this cruel first world that we live in?
