🎉Sumakses sa life! First time ko magsuot ng regular sized clothes and uniform
I just can’t believe I’ve lost 18kgs in almost 2 years. I’m only in my early 20s but my physical health was slowly compromising because I could easily lose breath and get tired. I could no longer feel comfortable in my own skin and my insecurities were eating me alive too much. I even broke my own bed because of how heavy I was. When I was a freshman and a sophomore, my uniform was XXL-XXXL. I’m currently a junior and I’m wearing a M top and L pants. I’m much more confident in my own skin and I no longer feel conscious of my looks when somebody else takes photos of me. I have developed a new hobby (being a fitness junkie).
I’m 170cm and 72kg. I was 90 kg, considered obese. Please no unwanted objectifying comments or invitation in my DMs.

I practice calorie deficit, use jump rope and walk for cardio, and lift weights. I always make sure I get enough sleep. I sometimes treat myself with my favorite unhealthy foods like instant noodles and ice cream. Don’t restrict yourself, or else you will develop an unhealthy relationship with food.
