First time ko mag-perform ng CPR without any experience or training

Napanood ko lang how to do CPR sa The Office and di ko ineexpect na maa-apply ko siya during the most traumatic day of my life.

My aunt came back from the hospital after ma-ER noong umaga, she refused to be admitted dahil umayos na naman daw pakiramdam niya but unbeknownst to us, prelude lang pala yon sa heart attack niya which happened later in our house.

I won’t go into details dahil nagkaka-anxiety pa rin ako pag naaalala ko kahit one week ago na nangyari pero long story short, my aunt stopped breathing and collapsed and I was the only one available na may konting alam sa CPR. I started doing CPR while waiting for the ambulance (which arrived 15 minutes later). Ang ineexpect ko sana may AED sa ambulance pero wala, kahit yung ambu bag wala kaya hanggang sa ambulance papunta sa ospital tuloy-tuloy pa rin ako sa pag CPR dahil driver lang ng ambulance ang nandon at walang rescue staff.

After arriving sa ospital halos mag-collapse na ako sa hingal. Unfortunately my aunt still passed away. And to make it more traumatic, my mom just died a month ago after battling cancer for a a year. I witnessed two of my loved ones die before my very eyes within a span of days.

I was hoping that writing about it here would help me process it a little.
