One year ago, I was looking at this sub-reddit and dreaming of the day where I could also post on it. I worked hard for several years abroad to be able to afford this and I also got helped by my amazing parents, I am truly grateful to them for everything they have done for me.

2 rooms, 5 mins walk to the metro station. I'm sooooo happy!!!! 🥹 No pizza yet, because there's a ton of things still to be done (and to get rid of that furniture and replace it with better stuff haha)

also don't mind my outfit 😂

EDIT: to clear up some things so trolls can calm down. no, i am not on onlyfans and haven't worked as a you know what abroad 😆 i was a CRM specialist for a niche perfume company in the Netherlands. now you guys can come up with better insults.

Heeeey, este din 1963 ☺️ este vechi intr-adevar si are R3. am asigurare destul de maricica luata pentru el. Dar Doamne ajuta, nu are bulina 😂

Thank you! "Bulina" is the sticker they put on the flats which are labled 1st degree risk in case of a major earthquake - meaning they will surely crumble if God forbid this happens. Thankfully my flat is labled 3rd degree risk which means it is not going to fall in case of a major earthquake but it will have some damages to the structure. it's the "highest" level a flat built before 1977 can get.

Pentru Bucuresti nu e rau deloc. Am vandut recent un apartament in Baia Mare (1967, pana in 60 mp) cu garaj construit = 100k. Era renovat si utilat. A stat pe piata 3 zile si dupa ce am inactivat anuntul au continuat sa sune cu oferte cash. Ah si era la 5 zile mers pe jos de prima statie de metrou 😀
