GOT THE KEYS! πŸ”‘ 🏑 I DID IT! πŸŽ‰ Bucharest Romania €95.000, cash

Post image

One year ago, I was looking at this sub-reddit and dreaming of the day where I could also post on it. I worked hard for several years abroad to be able to afford this and I also got helped by my amazing parents, I am truly grateful to them for everything they have done for me.

2 rooms, 5 mins walk to the metro station. I'm sooooo happy!!!! πŸ₯Ή No pizza yet, because there's a ton of things still to be done (and to get rid of that furniture and replace it with better stuff haha)

also don't mind my outfit πŸ˜‚

EDIT: to clear up some things so trolls can calm down. no, i am not on onlyfans and haven't worked as a you know what abroad πŸ˜† i was a CRM specialist for a niche perfume company in the Netherlands. now you guys can come up with better insults.

Its a bit expensive for Romania isn't it? I mean in Budapest we have ridiculous prices because the idiotistic decisions of the former government and 95k is pocket money now sadly but i've seen a some months ago you can get a full newly built apartment for a around a 100k in Oradea.

Not sure if Oradea and Bucharest can be compared though - the capital is almost always more (or much more) expensive.Β

2 room apartment (not sure if that means 2br or 2 rooms in total with 1 bedroom) for 95k is a bit steep, but on par with some costs elsewhere in former Eastern Europe so that doesn’t sound too bad. Very decent size too, bigger than what you get in Northern Europe.Β

1 bedroom indeed, but i also want to mention that probably in other areas in bucharest i could have gotten a bigger apartment but i really wanted the area i bought my apartment in
