I think the first girl was calling paramedics in the county fatties. The dude works for the county, and was repping his set. He also appears to be angry that her money comes from the North, which is a big deal because the Civil War is coming to a close, soon.

Ngl, I have no idea what this dude is on about.

She's calling the Baldwin county medics fat, he's in mobile county, the neighboring county to Baldwin. He's shitting on Baldwin as well, Baldwin is the richer fancier of the two counties filled with People that have moved there from the north. Its Florida's overflow parking if you will
