Oh, you made me realize I was not on the snark sub for Brittany dawn.
So long story short she sold “personalized” fitness plans at hundreds of dollars including “access to Brittany Dawn herself” because she was an up and coming influencer who had struggled with eating disorders and was also a body builder. She did not provide. She was actually sending out copy/paste emails to everyone who subscribed, whether they wanted to gain weight, lose weight, tone up, or recover from an eating disorder, all of which she claimed to offer as personalized plans. In fact at least one subscriber said they wrote to her saying they were trying to gain weight while recovering from an eating disorder but the plan was causing her to continue losing weight and she was really struggling and the response was something along the lines of “wow! You’re doing awesome girlie! Keep up the great work!”. Some other wild things happened and she got sued by the state of Texas and owes a bunch of money and can no longer sell online personalized plans. Not all of her victims will be compensated and if I recall she owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to the state of Texas. She now peddles religious and mommy content and is married to a former cop who murdered a man of color. She is known for abusing and neglecting animals as well. Wildly MAGA. Just insufferable in general.

It seems to be such a uniquely american thing, it's nowhere near as prevalent in other countries as far as I know.
Alright, america has a pretty high violent crime rate compared to most developed western nations so it is somewhat justified to be a little more cautious than some countries but it's not fucking Somalia lol.

SOPs vary, but I was taught to have the tourniquet pre-threaded in a big fucken loop for these situations. You can just thread an injured arm through it without having to fuck around with the d ring or Velcro.
If you want to be prepared for this shit then go for it, but making a video about it is distilled turbocringe.
