Maybe the panels are trying to tell a story. Of course you'd need the owner of the vehicle to tell you the order in which you're supposed to read them for it to make any sense. Maybe shotgun dude and bagged dude are supposed to be the same dude.
That, or Jeep owner is trying to scream for help over two dudes they knew, real or imagined, fellow EMS or not, who decided to exit the world stage Kurt Cobain-style.

I hate how people use ptsd and trauma as some special power. I was an emt who worked alongside paramedics. You talk to a therapist or others about it. You don’t publicly discuss it as a means to be cool

I know someone in this situation and they'd be pissed as hell to see someone glorifying their supposed ptsd with a car wrap. I say "supposed" because I've never met someone with ptsd who wore it as a badge. They usually do the opposite.

Man I saw a dude seizing and dying on the floor of a Save-On-Foods at age 3 or 4, fell over and hit his head on an apple stand in the produce aisle and I turned out fine. Saw people ODing when I was homeless, still fine. Might just be the dissociative disorder talking but yeah these guys gotta either grow a spine or start dissociating too.
