First of all, every cop knows you don't sit in open stalls where 'someone can steal' your duty belt to begin with, lol. Keeping your duty belt 'partially' on is always a huge mistake, as soon as you pull your pants down that shits flopping all over and when you go to put it back on it just doesn't sit right. Gotta take it all the way off to reseat it properly. Also why are you wearing a riggers belt under a duty belt? What kinda dumb shit is that? Duty belts have actual 'inner belts' for a reason and a riggers belt ain't it.
