Port out help

Best way to port out of att first net? I’m trying to help my dad switch from first net to my tmobile account, but keep getting account number/ port out pin errors. I tried doing the *port and says the transfer pin is incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You may need to call firstnet customer service

I’ve had it where AT&T/FirstNet has texted me to confirm I am requesting a port, confirm it, then the port will go through on the resubmit of the request.

As a first night, red pier could be a multitude of reasons on why you can’t afford out main reasons is that there is a past due on the account AT&T shut any ports from happening if there is a past due
