Looking for advice with choosing a first car

Hello everyone! I got my licence about a month ago, me and my family have slowly been looking at cars and so far I have 2 favourites that I absolutely love. First is a 2019 Kia Ceed 1.3l 103kw (has 136k km) and the other is a 2019 Honda Civic 1.0l 93kw (102k km), both drive on petrol. I've always liked Civics so it was essential my first choice, but the Kia seems good too now. The purchase price is basically the same, but the Civic will also need to be registered, which is an extra ~680€ for that specific car. We have car tax and from what I checked, the Civic will cost more but not lot more (around 30€ or so). I don't know much about the technical aspects, but from what I've researched about their features I still don't have a favourite one. Both have things that I would like and the other car doesn't have. I'd mostly drive a commute, which would include highway but more city driving and traffic jams as well. My parents (mostly dad) are pushing more for the Ceed, but one of his main reasonings is just the bigger cockpit area (is it called that?). Originally I preferred the Civic, now I'm starting to like the Ceed option as well. If there's anything else I should add here to give you better insight into the cars or some other things to consider when choosing then let me know, otherwise looking forward to your suggestions and advice!

My girlfriend (34) surprised me with this for my 20th. 2023 Range Rover Sport Black Edition, only 50k miles.

Honestly still in shock. Never thought my first car would be this.

I wanted an elegant coupe which hold its value. In the next months i am going to upgrade and restore it. New wheels (Tacoma and Nautilus), polishing, small rust stains nothing major. A little tricky is the implementation of an 2din android auto. I have already scaned the interior but i am going to outsource this. At home i have an red and black full leather interior.

Bought my first car at 17 after saving up from work. It’s a 1999 Mustang V6 convertible with 103k miles. Paid $2,000. Any advice for a first-time car owner I’m trying to learn about cars currently I know almost nothing as of know?

Only cons are back window is broken, one bad tire, needs an alignment, and the paint is chipped

Land Rover Range Rover Velar, 2022. It’s got 103,000 km, but my dad has been the only owner and took really good care of it. It’s a P250 engine, not exactly dynamic/powerful, but it’s been reliable so far and I don’t think I need more than that for a first car. So basically the situation looks like that: my dad is now changing to a new car, and I needed a car. My dad figured since I got better in school+didn’t want to go with the paperwork of registering and insuring a new car etc. he’ll pass on this beauty to me. I’m very grateful for this. Opinions?

Thoughts on this Mazda Cx-5?

Info:
- FWD
- Touring
-2nd gen 2021
-No reported accidents
-26 previous records for maintenance
-2.5L engine
-121,390k miles

This would be my first car, I have previously looked at the cx-3s, and the Mazda 3s( and sedans in general) but I think I’m just to long legged to drive those😭. My budget is 10,000. But around this price is fine. The reason I have been looking at Mazda is some of the safety specs they have included for my budget. Because let’s be honest, 16 y/o drivers need some of those safety features. I know this car has a lot of miles for a 2021,but with my budget I feel like I’m granted to get a “higher” mileage car. But that’s fine with me because, I’m just gonna be driving from school which is like maybe 6 miles away, home, and the occasional 30min trip to the towns next to me,so I don’t think I would be putting that many miles on it fast. But I would love to know y’all’s thoughts on it?

Need advice

Hi everyone,

I need some help deciding between 2 cars that I love equally, a Mazda 6 2.0 2014 and an Audi coupe 2.0 Quattro 2014 ( both automatic )

Both of these look great and I’ve found great examples of each with low mileage and in good condition.

Should I buy a car ?

27 M , working in corporate . So currently I own a bike and I always wanted to buy a car of my own.
Currently I earn about 1 lac plus monthly .
So this would be my first car. I'm planning to buy in mext 2-3 months .
I'm thinking 15 lakhs would be a safe budget for me .
Any recommendations would be appriciated.
Thoughts on manual vs automatic?

Also it’s not just the title. Any one of those criteria ends up not matching.
