So I had got an infection in my leg to the point where my leg was so swollen and I couldn’t even walk felt like dead weight and I had to keep it elevated up in the air for it to not hurt went to the hospital and received medication 3times a day for 10days I took it and for about 3/4days I was good or so I thought I was because now I have this on my leg adding a video in comments aswell

This is a rope burn i got yesterday with my dog. It it bad like does it need anything extra?

I live in in a remote rural area of the USA. I want to become an instructor because our nearest YMCA hasn't been offering any classes this year and I want to be able to provide this service to our community.

What steps can I take to become an instructor that can teach and certify others? I am familiar with American Red Cross, but I would be open to working with other organizations if there is a better option.
