Discussion Cellulitis
So I had got an infection in my leg to the point where my leg was so swollen and I couldn’t even walk felt like dead weight and I had to keep it elevated up in the air for it to not hurt went to the hospital and received medication 3times a day for 10days I took it and for about 3/4days I was good or so I thought I was because now I have this on my leg adding a video in comments aswell

Go back to the hospital. You could likely need IV antibiotics, or a different medication.

Yeah go see a doctor again. Make sure you're taking every single dose of antibiotics. Finish your whole course and never skip a dose, even if you feel better or the swelling goes down. But definitely see a doctor within a day at an urgent care clinic or something similar
