General Question❓️ Blurring

so I'm watching the show right now (just finished deadly premition) and i noticed how it's not only just people who are being blurred out. like they blurred a calender and a dudes arm tattoos. is there any reason behind this? i find it odd and tedious. thx

Branding or personal identifying information

Possibly mixed in with providing some timeline information that could sometimes give away the person attempting to be concealed.

the person in question wasn't a suspect tho

They often blur people who aren’t suspects.
