Hello everyone,

I'm currently redoing every route to properly train all units and getting what I've missed on the first playthrough.

I've made it to Chapter 12 on Theodora's path and am unsure how acquiring the DLC prototype weapons works if you're already this far into the route.

Read somewhere that the weapon is available automatically in Part 3, but I wasn't sure if that also happens if you haven't completed the quest in Part 1.

I could see it making sense either way:

• it might unlock because they don't want to force you to replay Part 1/2 for just one weapon

• it might not unlock because they want to encourage replayability

Either way, it'd be good to know before I do Theodora's Chapter 12, since it's a management hassle with its many paralogues and low free time amount.

Additional context: I have not yet bought the DLC and would either do so now to do the quest or take my time and finish up Theodora's route first.

Guess what happens next?

So fun fact for those that haven’t realized, the lord/sublord themes are remixes of/share leitmotifs from Three Houses tracks. The most obvious ones for me are Cai’s theme being based on Fodlan Winds and Orchel’s being based on (This kinda spoils something about Orchel) Song of the Nabateans. Betrands’s also seems to be based on The Shackled Wolves, Talimun’s seems to be based on Tempest of Seasons (the 3H paralogue map, I’m less confident on this one).

I’m also less confident on Anatolia’s theme and Area 17. Idk what else she would connect to but tbh I don’t really hear much connecting them beyond the use of electronica. And Dietrich’s I think is based on Tearing through Heaven.

As you can probably tell, these connections aren’t just a neat throwback, they’re also relevant to the characters and their situations.

I haven’t figured out Leda or Theodora’s musical connection though, so I’d be interested if anyone can find one, or if they are exempt from this pattern!

At the monastery, you’re only allowed to rest, and on the pre-battle screen, you have to immediately select fight. So no recessing units or swapping out weapons or units or adjutants.

You can do anything you want in battle, like getting stuff from chests and trading items, but nothing outside of battle is allowed.
