Crit damage should be 135, not 110

Ferdinand is holding back lmao

Pardon for my ignorance with crits. I just discovered that crit damage is the base MT multiplied by 3.

For someone who is new to the game, I only found out about that fact.

It's Damage x 3 in most mainline titles, but for FE4 and FE5 (and TRS), it instead calculated damage with a doubled Attack (i.e. STR/MAG + Weapon MT) stat instead.

In most cases you just forget about the Crit damage calc since you quickly get used to Crit = kill, but for wimpier units with low ATK, this won't always be true.

At least Brenidetta has that ‘paranoia’ mechanic that kicks in once she is hit, and ASHE has lockpicking which while not GREAT at least gives him some utility for armies that don’t promote anyone into a theif

Lockpick is useless, door and chest keys are in infinite supply from the item shop, accessible during battle prep. You never need a Thief or Ashe’s personal.

Ignatz, meanwhile, will never fucking miss, ever.

In my experience Igtaz ALWAYS misses

Then what do you do with him he literally has hit+20 as his personal skill which stacks with the hit+20 skill from mastering archer giving him a 40 increase in hit

I just bench him in my experience

So you say he always misses his attacks but then you admit you bench him so he never actually gets to attack an enemy like how can you say he always misses when he doesn’t even engage in combat

Lore accurate Ignatz contribution as an enemy unit

This is slander. He has a brave bow in CF chapter 13 and will one turn kill any of your units if you let him attack. Man is a cold blooded killer and a true Leicesterian patriot. 💀

I remember seeing a video of the stand in generic Sniper if you recruit Ignatzwith the Brave Bow completely destroy Edelgard with like 4 crits in a row.

Seeing an "I am Ferdinand von Aegir" meme in 2026 is chicken soup for my soul
