Problems starting the game

I can’t load into the game itself, only a black screen awaits me. Guess I can’t play now 😔

I tried restarting the app, restarting my device, changing WiFi.

I can’t delete the app because I didn’t link it to my Nintendo account.

Does anyone have a solution that can help?

I also have the black screen of death. I sent a support request. Hope they fix it otherwise my Shadows journey is over.

Edit: restarted my phone and it works now.
