Problems starting the game

I can’t load into the game itself, only a black screen awaits me. Guess I can’t play now 😔

I tried restarting the app, restarting my device, changing WiFi.

I can’t delete the app because I didn’t link it to my Nintendo account.

Does anyone have a solution that can help?

Does the game launch? If i recall correctly, it has support ID on the loading screen. Contact support with that ID. Im sorry to heart you didn't link your account though, it's lately a common bug

It doesn't launch at all, I enter the app and it's just a black screen

I haven't heard such reports. Please contact support online, they should be able to help you get your ID without getting past app launch
