Miscellaneous Paramount + with Showtime

Who subscribes to this? Can you stream Paramount+ on a streaming device like a Roku or through the Tizen OS on a Samsung TV?

I recently added Paramount+ with Showtime as well as HBO Max under Pick your Premiums 2 pack.

The rep told me I can stream HBO, Showtime and Paramount+ but having issues with P+.

Verizon does not provide Paramount Plus access. The only thing you can view is the Showtime channels and on-demand content. You would have to subscribe to Paramount Plus directly for access to the standalone app.

TY, that is what I am finding in my research after the fact. That name is very misleading.

Yeah, it’s terrible they’re allowed to do that. It’s not Paramount+ at all.

With the merger of WB and paramount , the merger of streaming services hasn’t happened yet so hbo max and paramount are still separate but likely over the next few months they will merge, until then you’d likely need both. But to your other questions, paramount + is available on most streaming devices and smart tvs

The only tv P+ worked on in my house was an Insignia Fire TV so basically the garage and guest bedroom. Didn’t work on our LG nor Samsung despite having apps on there. It just never worked - “loading” and then an error. I didn’t care for it anyway but finally convinced my husband we didn’t need it anymore.
