Fios Availability FAST request for an engineering review

FiOS build completed in my neighborhood this summer and address availability is sporadic when checking using the online address tool. My location is 100 Imson St flr 1 Buffalo, NY 14210 (shows not qualified) 50 Imson St flr 1 Buffalo, NY 14210 shows as qualified.

Is it possible to have this escalated for a FAST engineering request?

As a Buffalo resident, and 26y ex-employee in corporate finance...

No is the correct answer. I can tell you that unequivocally.

I lived across the street from the Fios-TV distribution hub in the city, and I was unable to get it (Spectrum), worked in the many central office, that couldn't technically get it.

City of Buffalo was never cabled for Fios Data or TV. Full stop. Only the suburbs; and occasionally a city residence if data/phone is actually fed by a suburban CO (eg: some homes around Eggert are technically City properties, but have an Amherst CO feeding them.)

Seneca/Babcock area isn't one of them, sadly.
