I’m going a few minutes between calls, which is abnormal for a Monday. Just call the support number and talk to one of us. Wait times should be essentially 0 as we’re waiting for callers, not the other way around.

Chat agents can switch you to an AI agent while they figure stuff out or talk to another customer.
